Oxford and Cambridge Advanced Studies Program Application

Before You Start

We use a straightforward online application process.  There is a US $400 deposit for the summer program, which is refunded if your application isn’t accepted.  Successful applicants will receive a welcome pack with all the necessary additional information.  An invoice for the balance of fees is sent to the fee payer in April, payable by mid-May.

If you have any questions at all, just get in touch on our contact form below and we’ll talk you though your application either by email, phone or skype.  We’d be delighted to discuss the course with your parents or academic counselor.  Just drop us an email with their contact details and we’ll get in touch with them right away.

Workshops are taken for two weeks. Please select one, two or three topics according to the length of your course.
  • Conditions of Acceptance

    1. The course is open to students who have reached the age of sixteen by the beginning of the course and have completed high school sophomore year or above.

    2. The application form must be completed in full, signed by the student and countersigned by a parent/fee payer. Both sections of the personal statement must be completed. Acceptance is subject to a satisfactory transcript and teacher reference, which should be obtained from the student's school and forwarded to us.

    3. A registration fee of $400 is payable with the application, refundable if the student is not accepted. Course fees are payable by 31 May. For late enrollments, fees are payable upon acceptance. We can hold a place for a short time only before fees have been paid in full. Fees are refundable only in exceptional circumstances.

    4. Parents are advised to take out insurance to meet any loss of fees due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances. Travel insurance is also recommended.

    5. We shall not be liable for any injury to students or loss or damage to their personal property, however caused. A form of indemnification must be signed by each student and his or her parents. Enrollment is not finalised until these formalities have been completed.

    6. Any charges for damage caused by students to college property are passed on for payment, also costs incurred for lost or damaged keys.

    7. Students are responsible for ensuring that they have a valid visa to enter the UK. No refund can be made if a student fails to meet immigration requirements.

    8. The course organisers will suspend any student whose standard of conduct is unsatisfactory and in extreme cases, or where conduct does not improve, will dismiss the student. We will not be liable for any resulting costs.

    9. We reserve the right in exceptional circumstances to change or cancel academic courses, to alter cultural visits or to change other aspects of the program as circumstances dictate.

    10. It is helpful to use student photographs or names for marketing purposes. Please contact us in writing to withhold permission, if so wished.

Once we’ve received your application,  we will contact you as soon as possible.
