Conditions of Acceptance

1. Students must have reached the minimum age of the course by the time it starts.

2. The application form must be completed in full by the student and by a parent/fee payer. Both sections of the personal statement must be completed. Acceptance is subject to a satisfactory transcript and teacher reference, which should be obtained from the student's school. Please email school transcript, teacher reference, and a copy of the student's passport to ruth@campusoxford.com.

3. A deposit of £995 is payable with the application, refundable if the student is not accepted. Course fees are payable by 9 May 2026. For late enrolments, fees are payable upon acceptance. We can only hold a place for a short time until fees are paid in full. Fees are refundable only in exceptional circumstances.

4. Travel insurance is recommended.

5. We cannot be held liable for any injury to students or loss or damage to their personal property, however caused. A form of indemnification must be signed by each student and a parent, as part of the enrolment process.

6. Any charges for damage to college property caused by students are passed on to the fee payer, also costs incurred for lost or damaged keys.

7. Students are responsible for ensuring that they have a valid visa to enter the UK. No refund can be made if a student fails to meet immigration requirements.

8. Course organisers will suspend any student whose standard of conduct is unsatisfactory and in extreme cases, or where conduct does not improve, the student will be dismissed. We will not be liable for any resulting costs.

9. We reserve the right in exceptional circumstances to change or cancel academic courses, to alter cultural visits or to change other aspects of the program. Refunds will not be made as a result of any changes.

10. It is helpful to use student photographs or names for marketing purposes. Please contact us in writing to withhold permission for this, if so wished.

11. In some circumstances, students are asked to arrange Covid testing before or during their stay in the UK and to provide evidence of their immunisation record as requested.

3. A deposit of £695 is payable with the application, refundable if the student is not accepted. Course fees are payable by 2 December 2023. For late enrolments, fees are payable upon acceptance. We can hold a place for a short time only before fees have been paid in full. Fees are refundable only in exceptional circumstances.
